Misunderstood

There was this one time my mom misunderstood my tone. I was in the bus and I got a call from my mom. The bus was really crowded and really noisey, everybody was talking. I answered her call and she asked me where I was and I told her I was on the bus and she couldn't hear me. I said it a bit more louder so she could hear me. Then all the sudden she is yelling at me telling me who do you think your talking to with that tone. It hurt my ear, she thought I was yelling at her, I told her I just said it louder because she couldn't hear me and because it was loud on the bus. My mom gets really mad if you yell at her.
