The time when i was a bystander and should've acted is when it was a fight going on in my neighborhood and i didn't basically do anything.I say that because we was playing basketball and it all started when the other team lost..so the boy start punching him and i didnt do anything i just stood there.And then the boy picked up a brick and tried hitting him with it so my brother was the one to stop the fight.
