even though there is a battle of his own. Amir is having a battle of his own late in the book. Amir tries to save Hassan's son. He talks to a whole bunch of people and puts in a whole lot of work to get him out of the orphanage.


when amir was young his father didn't really like anything amir likes but one thing which is kiting. In Afganistan they have tournaments where you cut kites while flying it and the last kite flying wins. This always brought Amir and his father close together.




This may look off topic but it really isn't whenever Amir got bullied by some kids Hassan would always protect Amir and fight him off. Amir always relied on Hassan to protect him.
