River Streets
I think that whenever that happens life would be more difficult for everyone. One reason why is that is because more people would be late to there jobs or wherever their going. Another reason why is because a lot of houses would flood easier and if it rain than the rivers would rise up and destroy a lot of stuff. The good thing about this is that then you would have to pay to get in a pool when you have a river in the front or your house. Another reason why its good is that you get more exercise and not just drive so people would not be as big as they are now so that's a good thing.
